Today I am thankful for the freedom to choose. I can choose to sleep. I can choose to watch TV. I can choose to let my son have a day off from school. I can choose to leave the laundry for later.
I can also choose to read whatever I want, including the scriptures. I can choose to disagree with the government. I can choose to spend my (our) money however I want. I don't have to put money into the pockets of a credit card company.
I can choose to be with my children and have as many as I want. I can choose to care for them and educate them as I see fit.
I am thankful that I still have these choices because many do not. What a wonderful gift!
