I am thankful for high-speed internet. I can search for informaiton so fast! I can have 5 windows or tabs open at once and zip back and forth between them like readin' fool!
At the same time, I am also thankful for paper and pen/pencils. No matter how much I can read and stay organized with a computer I still REALLY, really, really, really, really, want to make notes and mark passages and flip pages back and forth.
*sigh*
