Locks of Love

A few years ago someone told my daughter Jessica about Locks of Love. They explained that she could grow her hair long, cut it off and send it to this organization so they could make wigs for sick kids.

She loved the idea!

She had super thick hair. It was always a mess. It was easily tangled. No matter how much I brushed it she looked like a walking rag mop after just a few minutes of playing. It wasn't all bad. It held a curl easily and she really was beautiful...if she could keep from moving. Once she tossed her head a few times we were back to the rats nest. She even picked up the nickname Medusa!

She finally decided she was ready to donate her hair.

I could not be more pleased with the results!
